Operator here is Mark Borthwick I have been a Short Wave Listener (SWL) for many years, I am originally from the small town of Hawick in the Scottish Borders. After a few years of living and working in the City Of Sunderland North East England, I have now returned to the Scottish Borders. I am married to Liane and we share our home with Abby our West Highland Terrier.
I spend most of my time Dxing the Ham/Broadcast bands and like decoding the many digital modes.

Eton E5 portable receiver
Toshiba Laptops soundcard is used to decode RTTY/FAX/CW/SSTV/PSK31/NAVTEX.
Using programmes like JVComm32,TrueTTY,CWget.
The Antenna
100ft Longwire running NNW/SSE at 15ft high + 25ft EWE beaming West + Homemade 5ft Loop for MW Dxing.
